Lower unit was disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and repacked. Gear selection is positive and smooth with no slipping. Propeller is in great condition and has a 8 1/4 inch pitch.

Cylinder head was removed to clean cooling jacket. Head was resurfaced, new gasket installed and leak checked. Both cylinder compressions are sound and equal. Thermostat and gasket replaced.
