The responsibility is to provide the interaction between the brewery events, work-withs, projects, festivals, media releases and marketing events. Must work closely with all wholesalers, distributors and consumers to develop a successful fun retail strategy and brand awareness. Coordinate chain store sales with distributors network.

Position Responsibilities:
Position will be contributing to various social media networking (i.e. twitter, facebook, blogs), and responsible for press releases, company newsletter, POS, company website, etc.
All Management of festivals in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey:
Coordinate with distributor all sales and marketing activities.
Integrate with the community and local media to publicize events
Direct dates for product samples and on/off premise events
Organization of festivals, samplings, and various promotional events - this will include nights and weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare full cost construction estimates for new commercial projects and renovation work.
Review specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
Research products and materials for specification submittals.
Obtain accurate and current pricing for materials.
Calculate complete takeoff for scope of work, estimate labor, equipment, and material needs.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors on job scope and implementation.
Manage and develop existing customer relationships to increase bid opportunities.
Coordinate and upload .pdf files and .dwg files.
Manage and transmit plans and estimates to subcontractors. Maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimates figures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to read plans/blueprints and specifications, understand scope of work to bid and translate into project estimates.
Must possess strong understanding of construction industry practices, processes, standards and schedules.
Must possess strong working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
Must be detail oriented, with strong organizational skills, and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet strict deadlines, special requests and prioritize multiple tasks.
Must be highly motivated and work well under minimal supervision.
Must possess strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Role Description
In this integral management role, you will be responsible for energy efficiency program and project management, execution and delivery. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of program management including budget and P&L financial management, meeting milestone delivery deadlines, developing and implementing product marketing activities to maximize ROI of products and services, and internal cross-functional team management.
As Program Manager, you will be in charge of annual revenue and net income goals, as well as developing and maintaining client relationships to increase revenue and program extensions. Additionally, you will be responsible for sustaining and renewing client contracts, and ensuring that products and services provided consistently meet client needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting white papers, briefs, and presentations on product and service offerings for Ecos. You will work to ensure the most efficient utilization of financial and labor resources by communicating, coordinating and negotiating with other internal departments (Human Resources, Marketing, Product & Service Innovation, Finance, Origination & Structuring, etc.) on business development activities.
Role Competencies
As our ideal candidate, you possess a Bachelors Degree and seven years of relevant experience with at least three years of experience leading, motivating, mentoring and developing teams. Your familiarity with energy efficiency program management, including the concepts, practices and procedures, will aid your success in this role. Additionally, experience in marketing and financial analysis, strategic account management, business development and/or client relationship management is a plus.
