In this position you will have a great deal of responsibility and authority over the implementation and execution of our quality system to meet FDA and ISO requirements.  Strong quantitative, communication, client engagement and presentation skills are a must.  Our Quality Assurance Manager must be able to manage multiple projects and initiatives and while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.<br>

Responsibilities:<br>
	Management representative to the FDA<br>
	Management Responsibility  Report quality system process trends and complaint trends, facilitate Quality and Management Review Meetings<br>
	Quality System  develop and manage compliance incl. electronic based quality system<br>
	Corrective Action Reports  monitor, trend, document and follow-up, provide solutions for QS deficiencies<br>
	Non-conformance Reports  support Ops Director to monitor, trend, document and follow-up<br>
	Complaints and Feedback - monitor, trend, document and follow-up<br>
	Audits - Plan and implement supplier audits with assistance of QA Consultant<br>
	Suppliers  assist Global Ops Director and Prod Dev Eng with management and evaluation<br>
	Change Control  ensure reviews conform to Doc & Data Control Procedure and DCP<br>
	QA records  champion the orderly retention of records such as supplier files, DHF, DHR, lab books, etc<br>
	Deliver internal training on quality system processes.<br>
<br>
Competencies: (Qualifications, skills, experience)<br>
	Bachelor degree and or Master degree in a science, engineering, technical, or business field. <br>
	Minimum of 3 years experience in the medical device industry<br>
	Thorough knowledge of medical device regulatory standards (FDA QSR, ISO 13485, EU MDD)<br>
	Documented training in FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO 13485<br>
	Experience in delivering organizational processes from concept to realization<br>
	Experience in quality systems management<br>

	ASQ Certification<br>
	Experience in software product lifecycle management software. <br>

Yoh National Accounts has an opening for an Electronic/Engineering Technician in Rochester, NY for an international communications and information technology company. This is a temporary assignment of approximately one year. <br><br>

<i><b>Description: </i></b> <br>
Electronic and Engineering Technicians are responsible for performing functions associated with manufacturing operations in either laboratory or manufacturing settings.  The candidate will conduct tests on RF and digital assemblies/subassemblies using assorted test equipment (i.e. oscilloscopes, network analyzers, digital voltmeters), technical databases and electronic schematic diagrams to isolate and troubleshoot printed circuit board (PCB) malfunctions to the component level.
<br><br>

<i><b>Qualifications: </i></b> <br>
- High School Diploma or GED with minimum 4 years electronics working experience required, Associates Degree in Electronics with 2 years electronics working experience required, OR Current (3rd yr) or Recent college graduate. <br>
- Must be able to troubleshoot to component level on radio communication equipment.
<br><br>

<i><b>Available Shifts: </i></b> <br>
2nd Shift  Monday thru Thursday - 3:00 pm to 1:30 am or possibly 3:30 pm to 2:00 am<br>
