It's a GameStop warranty, the console was used to begin with, GameStop don't care. My previous 360 broke down (was modded) I took it back to gamestop and they gave me another one with my one year warranty. It's a used console, they don't bother with that stuff; heck when someone trades in a console they scan it, print out the price labels, put the 360 in the box and and slap the price tag on. They don't look twice when someone trades in a console or returns it (if used) because trade ins are good for the store so they know some of them probably were not in proper working condition to begin with. Mine is just fine though, the only thing is the fact that it's banned. Not everyone plays online, and it's not like i'm trying to fool anyone, I even wrote it on the title.
