The grillecloth has been replaced with Dahlquist black grille cloth. The woofers were rebuilt by Regnar, a Dahlquist specialist. All other drivers in perfect condition. The speakers have light oak sides.
The attached pictures are DQ-20's, but they are stock pictures, not mine. The ones I am selling are identical, except I moved the Dahlquists logos to the base, and no longer have them glued to the cloth/ Also, mine are not as dirty in the back as the ones shown.
If you would like more detailed information, please don't hesitate to write.
These are not cheap speakers! These are classic, audiophile quality speakers. They have a soundstage that is unbelievable. Great mids and highs, with a tight, refined bass. No bass boom at all. A clarity that is equaled by few speakers now or then.
