I like the area of between Nazareth and Northampton, north of Bethlehem. I have HUD Section 8 voucher and want to stay in Northampton County. I always pay my rent on time. I prefer rural, but a quiet side street in town is OK.

My MUST HAVES:

reliable & efficient heat (no baseboard electric that just have high, medium, low settings)
quiet neighbors (no domestic disputes or constant yelling at toddlers)
parking for one car
no lawn or sidewalk maintenance (I will care for a garden but weekly lawn care and snow removal is against doctor's orders)

It would be nice if the kitchen is on the first floor and laundry hook-up was available.
I have health issues that prevent me from lugging groceries and laundry.

I work in Allentown, near the Coca-Cola Baseball Park, so ideally would be looking for something in this vicinity, although I also might be interested in something near the 412 & 78 intersection in Hellertown (near the Bieber Bus station). Wherever the location, I'm primarily interested in accommodations with charm and taste, which might mean a unique layout, high ceilings, maybe a view, wooded neighborhood, sun exposed, large windows, a babbling brook, or other distinguishing traits which make one look forward to coming home. As for price, I would like to keep it between $600-1000.
