This arrangement is merely an example we can modify to fit any layout you choose. Visit our website to see our other styles and prices.

We work out of our home. We usually schedule a visit to the customers, we bring a cabinet to show the construction and samples of each door. We then measure and discuss layout. In turn I return to my office and generate a simple drawing for your approval and attach a quote based on it.

Several things to understand about our business. In order to keep our prices so low we pay for everything up front to our suppliers. So we require payment at the time the order is placed.
It takes 2-3 weeks to get the cabinets in. Sometimes we get lucky but its not that often.
All cabinets come unassembled. We offer assembly for a fee.

It is located in White Haven PA. In the former LC&N and LIPPINCOT
Locomotive foundry. Considered by many to be ground zero of the industrial revolution . This heavily wooded area known for its pristine pine and hemlock timber had now become a key player in the bid to make anthracite coal king. This is the shelving from those buildings. Its been wonderfully forgotten and preserved over the last 150 yrs. Its sole purpose was to house and stock spare gears molds dyes patterns etc…..It is only held in place by 2 hand cut nails no matter if they’re 6inches wide or 12inches. The nails are so loose you can remove the boards with your hands. No joke. Dark discoloring due to coal smoke from engines . Very , very nice when planed. Not very many people can say they have the lumber from the forefathers of the industrial revolution. Josiah White , Ezekial Hazzard and George Hauto. What stories each lil crack, knot, smoke stained grain, etc..

The door Does Not have any bore holes or a lockset in it.

Does not come with a frame but it is insulated.

Door dimensions are 30” Wide x 80” Tall.

is light or thin. It’s heavy and solid through out. Could use a coat of paint and interior to be refinished.

Dimensions: 83 ½” tall x 33 3/8ths” wide x 1 ¾’s thick.

Beveled glass with the mail slot on the bottom.
The door has the solid thumb lock for the deadbolt side.
It has the lock mechanism in the door for the catch.
It has the “door side” hinges on it but I don’t have the other half or the frame.

The door DOESN’T have the following:
Doorknob or faceplates
Key for the dead bolt outside
Other half of the hinges that were on the frame.
