Type 14 is currently holding auditions for rhythm/lead guitar players. Backing vocals preferred.
Type 14 is an original hard rock band based in Allentown, PA. We also do covers and have 3 sets worth of material. Please listen to our songs at www.myspace.com/type14. We do covers from Tool, Slipknot, A Perfect Circle, Drowning Pool, Pink Floyd, and more.
We have been together for 10 years and are very professional. We have a full PA system and an equipment trailer for hauling. Our show dates average from 2-5 per month.
We are planning on recording our next CD in fall 2008. The new CD will be recorded at Method of Groove Studios in New York and will be engineered and produced by Joey Z from Life Of Agony.
Type 14 has had many songs aired on national TV on shows from MTV, VH-1, The Discovery Channel, A&E, Spike, Nickelodeon, E! and many more. See the complete list on our myspace page. We are also the 2006 Backyard Band Winners for WZZO 95.1 FM and have also been aired on The Howard Stern Radio Show on Sirius Satellite Radio in July 2006.
