I have totally rehabbed the entire place since I bought it. Kitchen still needs to be finished but is usable with brand new cabinets dishwasher and counter tops.
Living room has a fireplace.
This would be ideal for anyone who is a single parent, as I have children too.
Please Note: I do NOT tolerate fowl language around my kids or any sort of rift raft.
All applicants will have a background check prior to moving in.
Anyone with bad habits such as Drug addiction or alcoholism please do not bother inquiring.
Must be clean and be capable of picking up after yourself.
I have a med size dog, so no more animals would be allowed.
