Student housing available mid-december for the spring semester, also available summer and following semesters if interested. 2bedroom, 1 bath, walk-in closet, porch, kitchen, living room, basement with washer and dryer, etc. Beautiful house-must see. 3500Semester.... Includes everything-utilities, heat, water, garbage removal, etc. Cable and internet are optional- tenants pay- ours is 46 a month so 23 a piece, not bad at all....
