The University Club of Bethlehem, established in 1916, is a co-ed, self governing, non-profit, residence located in Historic Bethlehem. The Club can accommodate up to 16 resident members and has a couple of new openings.
Membership dues are $425 a month, provides each member with their own room and full access to all common areas. All rooms come with internet access included and there is also cable/phone jacks if one would wish to purchase these services. There is full premium cable in the main living room, a large kitchen, big yard, back porch with grill as well as laundry services in the basement. Dues include all utilities as well as cleaning supplies and some basic food items. There are very few restrictions at the Club and you are given keys and can come and go as you please. There is also a cleaning service that comes every week to clean all of the common areas.
Applications for membership can be submitted electronically or in person at the University Club, 62 East Market Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018. No lease is required as well as no minimum stay.
