Body and chasse:
New pain on all plastic (correctly)
Bran new powder coat on frame, and foot rests.
New red paint on control arms and rear swing arm
Aluminum rear and underbody skid plates.
Aluminum front brush guard.
All new ALL BALLS control and swing arm bearings and seals.
80% of all the hard ware replaced with 50% of it being SS.
Drive train:
All parts list are new with no more than three hours run time.
Vito’s 240 big bore kit. (new cylinder, cylinder head, piston, rings, bearings)
Complete crank case seal and bearing replacement on rebuild.
Triple ported and polished intake and exhausted ports.
+ 2 stroker rod
Vito + 4 degree timing advance key
Vito’s performance clutch
V-Force 3 reeds
35mm Keihin PWK carb
K&N air filter
FMF fatty pipe (pipe is two years old) and (new) silencer.
The only upgrade this ATV could use is a hydraulic rear brake. It still has the stock mechanical caliper.
I built this ATV as a hobby. Too much HP for me. Sell for $2,050.00 or I will trade for a true 4 x 4 atv.
My wife and I are trail riders not into the speed and performance of this type of ATV any more.
