We have a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, finished attic, unfinished basement, living room, dining room, eat in kitchen and laundry room with large yard. Large front porch as well. The home is fully carpeted. We love our home but we are located in an area that is difficult for my husbands work commute. We are conveniently located walking distance to a beautiful large park featuring a pool and playground, boyers supermarket, rite aid , MT bank, Jim Thorpe Bank, deli, Angela movie theatre, post office and sunoco gas station. Were minutes away from a small town named Tamaqua. Really cute town where they have a lot of weekend activities. We are very convenient to a lot except the PA turnpike which is the bummer for us. We are about 20 min from the turnpike, 15 min from the I81 and 45 min from the I80 located by Stroudsburg, PA. We are looking to swap homes. We are seeking a house with 2-3 bedrooms, 1 bath is fine and pet friendly as we have cats. We have a 18 month old which is why we want a house and not an apt. We would like a nice yard where he can play and looking to pay up to $700.
