I walk four laps (about one mile) around Midway Manor and am looking for a strong, supportive person to help with my fitness routine. I’d like someone who can assist with crunches and sit-ups for core workouts, mostly crunches due to some hip discomfort. It would also be great to have a walking partner sometimes to help stay motivated and tone stomach muscles.
