Russell F Welch was born in Jamestown, NY, in 1908. He first applied his artistic talent by painting designs on furniture for Union National Furniture. He later moved to Warren, PA, and was a member of the Warren Art League.

These panels were pulled out of a stereo console. One of the panels is personally hand signed by Russell F Welch
