Antique oak tambour file cabinet manufactured by American Store Stool Co., NY, probably in the early 1900's. Features a smooth-rolling tambour door that opens to reveal file storage with 2 section divides and a single dovetails drawer above. A brass plaque in on the top front just above the brass key hole and a brass keyhole plate is on the bottom, but the lock for it is missing. The cabinet measures 30.5 inches tall, 27.5 inches wide, and 17.5 inches deep. . Functional and sturdy design.This fantastic Arts & Crafts period file or collector cabinet will be great for storing your favorite collections.
