2 Antique Budget banks, both by Tudor Prod Metal Corp, NY, USA. The company patented these in 1929. They were helpful with saving during the Depression. Each has removable tins that were marked for different savings catagories: Rent, Food, Clothes, Savings, etc. Both have wear from age and use. One has a working key.
