Barter Opportunity: Seeking Reliable Security Assistant

Job Description:
I’m looking for a highly observant, strong, and dependable individual to monitor and secure areas at various locations, assist with protecting personal belongings, handle basic confrontations and de-escalation, and be prepared to navigate standard barriers using physical strength alone if necessary. The candidate must remain composed and effective in high-stress situations.
Vehicle Access:
The role requires the ability to gain entry to locked vehicles by applying direct physical force to side or door windows using hands (with or without gloves), without other tools or aids, as directed by me or when junkyard staff are unable or unwilling to assist.
Schedule:
Flexible schedule including part-time PRN shifts (2-3 hours per shift) and on-call availability as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Working phone for constant communication
- Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts swiftly and decisively
- Strong physical presence and capability to handle challenging situations
