Brand is Firethorn. It has Lehigh Valley Country Club Band around it which can be removed if you desire (2nd pic) It's held by 1 pin.
There is an adjustable piece on the inside sweat band which allows for any size head (see pic). I wear an XL and it fits me fine with no adjustment. The patented adjustable band is called Fast-Tab (last 3 pics).
The color is kind of tan with an olive tint. None of the straw is cracked or broken.
I purchased this as a lot from an estate sale and this came along with the one I wanted.
