This is a not your traditional Event Coordinator position. We are looking for a renaissance person in many diverse areas who is looking for a challenge in a dynamic and fun environment. This position works directly with all department leads to ensure each event is given the attention that they need.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Fielding calls and emails from potential customers
Informing all department heads of what is needed for each individual event
Putting together quotes and collecting payment
Maintaining digital records of all upcoming events
Assisting President, General Manager, and Event Manager in daily duties
Assist each event from start to finish (Liaison to each event point of contact)
Assist with Social Media and Marketing
Assist Event Manager with scheduling lessons
Attend special events in the Lehigh Valley for promotional reasons
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be a team player and willing to perform Customer Service Associate duties as required
Must be comfortable around firearms (we are willing to train)
Strong phone and interpersonal communication
Proficient with the English language
Excellent with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must be able to multi-task
Attention to detail is a must
Knowledge of WordPress helpful
Top notch organization skills
Must be reliable
Critical thinking, must be able to adapt
Knowledge of Social Media is helpful
Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
Work in all weather conditions
Full Time - 40 hours plus overtime.
Mainly 8:30am to 5:30pm Wednesday thru Sundays. Also some flexibility to work Monday and/or Tuesdays during busy special event periods. Must be flexible with hours to work around events.
