We are looking for a kind and dependable person to support a friendly and outgoing woman in her 30s who loves being out in the community. She communicates her feelings and needs without words and enjoys laughter and a steady routine.
A typical day might start at home helping with meals, organizing her space, and keeping her daily routine, then heading out for activities she enjoys like swimming at the YMCA, visiting parks, going to the mall, or people watching. She loves being around others and builds strong, trusting relationships with the people who support her.
This role is about helping her live life to the fullest on her own terms and promoting her independence every step of the way. If you are patient, positive, and enjoy meaningful work that makes a difference, you will be a great fit.
Schedule
Two shifts are available now
• Friday 8 PM to Saturday 12 PM
• Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM
Weekday options starting in February
• Wednesday 2 PM to 8 PM
• Thursday 2 PM to 8 PM
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass background checks
