Spring Educion Group’s Early Childhood Educion Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a caring, creive, and enthusiastic Twos Teacher to join our early childhood educion team! Our twos program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundion for a lifetime love of learning.
As a Twos Teacher, you’ll guide curious little learners through hands-on experiences th encourage explorion, language development, and social growth — all within a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment.
Wh You’ll Do
- Cree engaging, age-approprie lessons and activities th support each child’s development.
- Foster social-emotional growth by modeling kindness, pience, and problem-solving.
- Maintain consistent routines th help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent.
- Build meaningful relionships with families through daily communicion and collaborion.
- Partner with your co-teachers and school leaders to uphold a supportive classroom culture.
Qualificions
- Must be least 18 years old and meet ste licensing requirements.
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Educion preferred.
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
- Positive titude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and explorion.
- Authorizion to work in the United Stes
