The Minolta Maxxum 7000 is a 35 mm SLR camera introduced in February 1985. It was the first camera to feature both integrated autofocus (AF) and motorized film advance, the standard configuration for later amateur and professional single lens reflex cameras. Pictures can be taken using either auto or manual modes. Much information about this revolutionary camera can be found on various online sites.
This camera is in working condition and was used relatively lightly. It has not been used for actual picture taking for the last 20 years. There is some deterioration of the plastic battery and film compartment covers (common to this model in earlier years) and a spot of missing data panel phosphors, purely aesthetic, but all are completely functional.
This could serve well for many amateur photographers including students who want to have their own SLR camera for their Photography classes.
