Our ducks are not raised for meat. Moon in June Farm provides an ideal natural environment which allows them to thrive and live a long, healthy and productive life. Whereas the average age for egg-producing birds at factory farms is only 2 years, some of our ducks are upwards of 15 years old. Ducks are free-ranged on pasture and pond and forage for part of their diet. When supplemented, we feed only all-natural, all-vegetarian grains which are free from growth hormones and antibiotics.
