Beautiful all solid wood, natural butcher block, drop leaf table. 40" diameter when fully open. 26" x 40" with leaves folded. 2 white and natural Windsor back chairs. Very clean condition. Perfect for a starter set, retired person or couple. Great for a small space. Legs can be easily removed for storage or moving. Similar in quality to an Ashley or Raymore and Flannigan sets, which would cost $400-$500. Price is FIRM @ $245.
