Do you have some gardening tools that did not sell at garage sale? Are you cleaning out an estate? The new Friends of Johnston Community Garden is a non-profit organization with a very limited budget. We could put your working gardening tools to good use.
Friends of Johnston Community Garden is a place where the public can grow organic vegetables and flowers for personal use, learn about gardening, and enjoy some time outside. We are currently renting garden plots for the 2020 growing season. Our gardeners enjoy the stress relief of being in the sunshine, exercising, and growing their own food.
We could use the following tools:

Hand Tools
Garden Cart
Wheelbarrow
Ladder
If you have tools that you no longer need, we would be happy to give it a new home. Please leave an email message with your first name, PHONE NUMBER and clearly state the item you are interested in buying. Cash only, no checks, price firm. I DO NOT SEND EMAILS.
