Crankshaft inspected for straightness. Be very careful of this when shopping for a used mower of any type. A bent crankshaft will cause the mower to shake or vibrate excessively and will not deliver a desirable cut quality. It's also a very expensive repair.
Fresh oil change using Honda 10w30 power equipment oil.
New OEM Kohler air cleaner/pre-cleaner.
New Kohler spark plug.
Cutter housing inspected / cleaned of all debris.
Cutter blade inspected / cleaned / sharpened / balanced.
Drive belt inspected.
Rear wheel pinion gears inspected / lubricated.
Wheels inspected for damage / excessive wear / proper operation.
Control cables inspected / lubricated / adjusted to spec were applicable.
Starter assembly / starter cord inspected for damage / proper operation.
All fasteners inspected for proper torque.
