Our Micro-Farm has the perfect situation for selective breeding which will bring you the best possible quality birds.
These Ayam Cemanis are pasture raised and while there are other breeds of chickens on the M4 Farm careful measures are taken to assure 100% Ayam Cemani breeding of our hatching eggs.
The rooster in my logo is my rooster, Ozzy and and the first rooster I am holding is Jack. ( Sadly Ozzy was taken by a fox a few weeks ago. But Jack is very good ) We have a host of beautiful hens as well.
The third rooster in my photos is Sampson. He is probably the best looking Cemani I have ever had and he's now active with the hens.
I did a test hatch a few weeks ago and confirmed the boys are doing a good job. There are two roosters and four hens with this group.
The only guarantee we offer is that we will send you our freshest eggs and we'll cheer on your success.
Cemanis can be tricky to hatch and since there are many variables in hate rate, we don't offer a guarantee on hatch.
Once the eggs safely arrive to you, the hatch success is determined by many factors which you can control.
We consider 50% development rate a success but we have had some people have 100% hatch rates but that hatch rate is not typical with Cemanis.
I gather the eggs multiple times per day, I don't wash them and I keep a rotating dozen eggs here to sell locally.
