Ferris IS3000Z commercial zero turn mower. Has a 61” deck and I believe a 23HP Kohler engine. Engine is tight, but it could just be that the belt is rusted fast to the pulley. I didn’t bother crawling under it to investigate, but it’s been setting, so I would suspect that to be the issue. 754 hours on the clock. Seat is apart, but there. Left rear wheel needs a tube.
