Subaru Robin EX40 OHC 14hp engine. Starts up and runs quiet but smokes a lot. Compression tests around 65psi. Will need a rebuild, but it is definitely a good core/worth rebuilding as these engines are fairly expensive new. Most likely from an industrial application not golf cart as it has the key mount on it and is self contained sans battery. Shaft is 1" x ~2 13/16".

Have videos of it running and compression test if interested.
