gravely 8000 tractor - $700

i have no idea about this tractor BUT driving it was a blast!! I kind of want to keep it but my yard is just 25x75ft, this was part of a bulk garage item purchased from estate sale, i have all documents plus there is a box of spare parts i think there's a carb, grass deflector something that looks like a gas pump with arm that goes on a cam i believe, past owner purchased new and was only use to cut his 2 acre property there is no other attachments, the deck works but there are some rust spots see picture.
to get it out i disconnected the gas line from tank and hooked up a lawnmower tank with a line. the original tank will need cleaning and the line looks cracked.
oblivious a good cleaning and tune up would be in order
the tires seem original and hold air, but the sides have age cracks
local repair shop appraised on present condition 800-1000 dollars
if you want it? plan to make a trip with truck or trailer sold as pick up in case you don't know...this tractor is very very heavy.
