Licensed Behavioral Specialist

We are expanding services and seeking a talented Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to provide services to our families! As the Licensed Behavior Specialist, you will drive the trement: identify goals and interventions to be utilized, complete assessments, and make recommendions for each child’s care.

Our experienced team of professionals provides Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) in the home, community, and school environments. We work one-on-one with children who have a primary or anticiped diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Mood Disorders, or other behavioral challenges to help them grow and learn to the best of their abilities. We also work closely with the family, involving them in the therapeutic process. Our mission is to help children of all abilities thrive!

This opportunity is highly flexible and can be a primary or secondary job th can work around your scheduling needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design trement plans and behavioral interventions by ghering and analyzing da
• Functions as the Lead member of the Multidisciplinary Trement Team
• Consults with parents and other team members regularly and provides therapeutic programming merials
• Maintains approprie and timely communicion with family, Sevita and agencies responsible for youth’s trement, welfare, and/or disposition
• Completes all documention, including trement planning, progress notes, monthly reviews, and periodic assessments maintaining compliance with the policies and procedures of the program
• Actively participes in planning aftercare and discharge services
• Attends peer review
• Other duties as outlined in the contract

Minimum Requirements:

One of the following license requirements must be met.

• LBS, LBA, LPC, LSW, LCSW, BSL, LMFT

and

• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant ABA experience required
