I am a full time manager of a pet store I work about 6 days a week. I am on my own my family is deceased. All I have is a boyfriend a dog and two cats
The animals are registered emotional support animals. They are also all above 6 years old and very quiet and friendly. They are not destructive at all. I’m struggling on my own we have been in my jeep and it’s because of credit and income issues. I make enough money but I cannot make 3x rent due to , well let’s face it even a manager of a store isn’t making much hourly. I prioritize things responsibly and am a good hearted respectful person. I do have an eviction due to having nowhere to go the time they raised my rent. Let’s face it if you don’t have three or more people working in a household it’s hard to get by. I do not have the luxury of having friends or family to do that with. So I am looking for someone to take a chance on me and realize I’m just trying to get on my feet. I cannot pay off past credits due to not having a stable home. I make enough to pay rent and utilities if needed. Rent being no more than 1000-1100 . So just hoping to get some kind of response from a private landlord that can understand someone just trying to get on their feet. I did this when I lived in Pittsburgh when I was taking care of my mother and we found an amazing landlord who took a chance on me and was not disappointed. I rented from him up until I moved back to the Allentown area (3years). Please call me, email me, ask questions. Meet me in person if you want.
