We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and solving heating and cooling challenges, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections
Install HVAC equipment and components as needed
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
Complete service reports and work orders accurately
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred
EPA Certification required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions

Full-time position
Monday–Friday with occasional overtime and on-call rotation
