- Air sealing, weather stripping & caulking
- Window & door installation
- Drywall, spackling, and finishing
- Water heater installation
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Basic carpentry skills & own hand tools
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working at heights & in tight spaces
- Clean record & professional attitude
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
- Flexible schedule: Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm
