ABDM is looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to support the operational integrity and functionality of large shipping and distribution warehouses. In this vital role, you’ll perform preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, ensure equipment and systems run efficiently, and uphold the highest standards of safety and service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance issues
- Support repairs and upkeep of conveyors and related equipment (preferred)
- Complete routine inspections and identify safety concerns
- Respond to maintenance requests and minimize equipment downtime
- Maintain basic work orders and report completed repairs
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
- Work with supervisors, vendors, and contractors as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience required
- Industrial or warehouse maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with conveyors, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC a plus
- Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs independently
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-minded
- Able to lift, bend, stand, and work in warehouse environments
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass background screening
