Hiring dependable Sorters to work at the Grand Central Recycling (GCS MRF) facility in Pen Argyl, PA. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for steady, full-time work in a recycling and manufacturing environment. No extensive experience is required—we welcome motivated candidates ready to work safely and reliably.
Job Responsibilities
Sort recyclable materials on a conveyor line.
Remove contaminants from recyclable materials.
Stack boxes and pallets and dump containers of material.
Feed recyclable materials onto conveyors.
Keep the conveyor line and work area clean.
Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Attend safety meetings and complete other assigned duties.
Requirements
Previous warehouse, recycling, manufacturing, or labor experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Comfortable working around noise, dust, odors, and varying temperatures.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
