Looking for a strong, reliable workers to help in a USDA-inspected slaughterhouse. This is real work, not for everyone. If you’re not afraid of blood, long days, or getting dirty, keep reading.
We slaughter and process goats, lambs, and cattle. Experience is a plus, but work ethic matters more than a resume.
What the job is:
• Assisting with animal slaughter
• Hanging, washing, moving carcasses
• Cleanup and sanitation
• Following safety and USDA rules
• Working fast and getting the job done
What this job is NOT:
• Not an office job
• Not light duty
• Not for people who call out or show up late
Requirements:
• Must be physically strong
• Must show up on time, every day
• Must be okay with animals, blood, and cold environments
• Must listen and work as part of a small crew
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• Start time around 6:00 AM
• Full-time work
Pay:
• Competitive pay (based on experience)
• Opportunity for more hours as business grows
