Stormcase im2720 Stormtrak (has collapsible handle and wheels).

This is an original Hardigg model, now owned by Pelican (and sold as Pelican Stormcase im2720). Weatherproof with a rubber O ring, four quick release latches, and a space for a lock. Wheels are still fully functioning and no flat spots, handle slides in and out without sticking.

Foam is pre-cut to accept midsize PC tower case, but could easily be repaired with a replacement cut piece or it's designed to pull out and use new foam.
