Super sweet sounding slope shoulder j-35 style guitar. Boomer! These are handmade by the circle strings shop in Burlington, Vermont and punch well above their price range. Better than and standard guitars coming out of Bozeman imho. Sound reminds me of the custom shop banner reissues in terms of liveliness and having that vintage vibe. I liked this one so much I upgraded to a Fairbanks. As such need to liquidate some gear and unfortunately this is one of the ones. This one has a solid mahogany back and sides, rosewood fretboard and custom upgrade option Adi top which is starting to get a nice and broken in sound. Also has the custom more minimal flower Iris logo on headstock. Neck has a medium c shape and scale length is 25 which is a nice balance. Unlike most Iris guitars this one has a 1 3/4 nut. Only imperfections are some minor surface scratches and some shinier spots on satin finish which give real nice vintage look. You will not find a better slope shoulder for the money. The thin satin finish really lets it sing. Comes with original hardshell case.
