We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inventory management, technical troubleshooting, and customer service. This role requires proficiency in various operating systems and networking concepts, as well as the ability to provide effective solutions to technical issues. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our Inventory Systems and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities
Input and confirm new orders through our MRP system, issue purchase orders, maintain accurate inventory levels, reconcile inventory, provide reports to management team.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues across various operating systems, including Windows, Office 365, Site 123, Adobe, etc.
Manage computer hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
Assist with network administration tasks, including VPN setup, firewall configurations, and DNS management.
Ecommerce planning, advertising, pricing strategies, etc.
Maintain Active Directory for user account management and permissions.
Experience
Experience using an ERP/MRP system for order entries, order acknowledgements, purchase orders, compiling data with excel, etc.
Proven experience in technical support or IT roles.
Experience with network administration tasks is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Demonstrated analysis skills to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
