I live near 4th and allen street. I've owned my home since 1998. I am a single male, 56, who lives alone. We can share the whole house except for the 3 rooms on the top floor. You would have a live-in landlord to fix things. There is a front room, which will be your bedroom (currently my living room), the kitchen, laundry and a nice backyard. I'd like to get 800 per month. Ideally looking for a gay black man, or elderly man, but all will be considered.
