Someone who is easy to talk and deal with to have peaceful and calm environment to study or relax. If interested, I will need references and 1 month security. No lease contract, just month to month. After a month we can add you to lease with credit check too. Once we add you there is option for garage parking for $50, before that you would have to park on the street.
