Hello, I am a homeowner offering a furnished private room & bathroom available for monthly short-term rentals. The room itself is about 700 sq feet with three beds - two twins and a full bed. Heating and AC are provided, along with a mini fridge and dining table, sofa and TV. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and laundry. I still need access to the bathroom as needed to do laundry, which is usually at least once a week, sometimes more.

Kitchen is shared and is newly renovated.

I do have a cat, so please keep that in mind. Renter is not allowed to bring pets.

Looking for short term renters only. Lease is for 28 days only. Can be renewed for another 28 days upon agreement. Terms less than 28 days are also acceptable.

Rent is $1,250 per month, due upfront. No discounts, non negotiable.
