Hello, I am looking for a female roommate to share my Bethlehem house with! Students are welcome. Cat and dog friendly. Must be over 18.
3rd floor of my townhouse available to rent (1yr lease), it’s a studio set up with a large walk in closet. An additional private space is the second floor spare bedroom. The rest of the house is shared with me and you’ll have full access the basement and garage for extra storage if needed.
Off street parking and parking inside the garage is available. Fenced yard, 1.5 baths, in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher. $1085 a month plus utilities (typically around $115 total)
