Two adults and one child looking for a room to rent. Preferably $400 a month (incl. internet/water).
We're a family, down on our luck.. looking for a place that is pet friendly (We have two cats), and someone who is willing to rent out a room to us. We will help with housekeeping or taking out trash, or however we can to also pay our way forward.
This will only be temporary until we can find our own place again. Our daughter deserves to have her own room.. but we're willing to cram into a room for now until our luck turns around.
