A GRADE Property Restoration is seeking experienced sales professionals, former fire service personnel, retired law enforcement, inspectors, fire chiefs, and other respected professionals who are confident communicating with people during difficult situations and know how to build trust quickly.
This is a relationship-driven, field-based sales position focused on helping property owners immediately after residential and commercial fire losses.
We are not looking for entry-level salespeople. We are looking for mature professionals with strong communication skills, presence, confidence, and the ability to CLOSE business. At A GRADE, we do not do small water losses. We hunt large residential fire claims, and are one of the largest, family owned restoration companies in the tri-state area.
Many of our most successful representatives come from backgrounds where leadership, urgency, public interaction, and decision-making under pressure were part of everyday life.
About the Role:
As an Emergency Services Coordinator, you will respond to active or recent property fire losses, meet directly with property owners, explain emergency mitigation and restoration services, and help families and business owners begin the recovery process immediately after a disaster.
This is a high-income opportunity for the right individual, but success depends heavily on professionalism, work ethic, consistency, and your ability to earn trust and close agreements in real-world situations.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to residential and commercial fire losses in the field
• Meet directly with homeowners, landlords, and business owners
• Explain emergency mitigation, board-up, cleaning, and restoration services
• Coordinate with office and operations teams to rapidly deploy crews
• Build rapport, handle objections, and secure signed service agreements
• Represent the company professionally in emotionally charged situations
Who Typically Excels in This Role:
• Experienced commissioned sales professionals and closers
• Roofing, solar, restoration, construction, or home improvement sales reps
• Public adjusters or insurance-related professionals
• Retired fire chiefs, fire inspectors, firefighters, or law enforcement personnel
• Individuals with strong local relationships and community presence
• Self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently

• Availability for evenings and weekends when needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with substantial earning potential.
Average commission per sale is approximately $10,000.
Compensation structure includes:
• 8% commission on mitigation services performed
• Additional performance bonuses ranging from $1,000–$3,000+ depending on overall project size
• Initial bonus payments issued within approximately 3 days of signed contracts
• Remaining commission balances typically paid approximately 30 days later as funds are collected
• Commission draws against future earnings may be available for qualified individuals
Experienced closers who consistently work the opportunity and follow the process can realistically earn well into six figures annually, with top performers capable of significantly higher earnings.
We generate approximately 20 new fire-related opportunities per week in addition to a large database of prior leads and referral opportunities.
