Follow our trusted door to deal sales process for E-Lead sales. This includes following up with customers in the CRM in a timely manner to inform them of unit availability, prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information Actively work with the Internet Sales Department Manager to complete the sales process with customersFollow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customerGenerate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organizationStay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees and management Follows up with sales customers to ensure satisfactory service Maintains customer name and address databaseQualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is requiredExperience:Retail Sales experience preferredAbilities: Demonstrates excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, as required is essentialReliable and strong work ethic Commitment to superior customer service Ability to work independently, as well as on a team Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervisionAbility to use a computer and other office equipmentKnowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of, or ability to learn company systems applications, including Motility Systems2K and other software as applicable Requires continuous visual ability for use of computer, files and reportsAbility to bend or sit for long periods of timeAbility to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 poundsCamper’s Inn RV is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
