As far as I can tell, everything works. There are scratches and wear on the plastic parts and the touchpad. One footpad is missing. The battery is completely toast (useless), but is included. You can buy a replacement. The AC adapter/charger is included, so the computer works like a desktop. The display is nice.
The cooling system was just cleaned and new thermal paste applied to the CPU, so it runs as cool as possible.
I replaced Windows with Linux Mint. It runs more smoothly. This would be an inexpensive machine for someone who wants to try Linux or for browsing the web and other simple tasks. Youtube works fine.
