We are seeking an experienced or entry‑level Elevator Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing elevator systems in residential environments. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering safe, high‑quality work. On‑the‑job training and product‑specific certifications are provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, service, and repair mechanical and electrical elevator systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, codes, and manufacturer specifications
• Document service activities and communicate findings clearly
• Provide excellent customer service while working on‑site
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED (technical certification preferred)
• Experience as an Elevator Technician preferred, but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and meet fit‑for‑duty physical requirements
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight stays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
